This stunning custom home is nestled alongside a vineyard in the heart of Napa Valley, designed to complement the owners' active lifestyle with young children and a love for relaxed entertaining. Our team created an energy-efficient smart home with intuitive technology and backup power sources, ensuring comfort and convenience even during power outages.

The project seamlessly integrated all three Summit Technology Group specialties: Technology, Electric, and Renewables. Our technology experts incorporated lighting design, lighting control, whole-home audio, indoor/outdoor AV systems, motorized shades, and a robust security setup. The electric team managed complete indoor and outdoor wiring, including landscape lighting and a new power connection from the utility company. Finally, our Renewables division installed three backup batteries and a solar system capable of offsetting the home’s energy consumption, enhancing sustainability and resilience.
